Description:
I need a function that will return the number of artists between selections that is the maximum without the program going into a never ending loop. I have a program and database to work off of. The parameters should be the ones used in the program. The number of songs per session and query. It should work in all situations.
Deliverables:
Only create the function. Do not change any of my coding standards. Complete the optimizes function. I have the information in the sample program.
