Graphic must be lightweight (minimum number of pixels as neccessary) Requirements: The graphics must be royalty free. Cannot be flash based (must be either gif or Jpg). Designer must be willing to make multiple revisions until the client is satisfied (we will try to minimize the number of times this happens) Must incorporate thier logo. Designer must present us with three prototypes and then refine from one of the ones we pick. We will specify the exact detail (thier logo, etc) after bidding is complete Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
