I plan all project and always in good communication with client, active or not. Original Background came from Pascal and Visual Basic; however I have left the Software Development environment for more Web Development. Portfolio: Search Engine     -     Designed / Programmed a Complete search engine using Both PHP and MySQL. This was an extremely complex project that involved writing both backend and Front-end systems. A spider was also programmed to crawl the web and storing results into the database ready for searching. Currently the search engine is coping with over 60,000 Queries a month. SEO -               A local business setup a website and was getting around 50 Unique visitors month which made about 3-4 sales a month. After I spent 16 hours on Search engine optimization on the entire site, the website was receiving over 100 unique visitors a day which on average works out at 6-8 sales daily. Website Monitor     -     This was an excellent project working with two other developers. My main role was the back-end monitoring of sites and alerting customers when their site/s where down (un-available). This included 404, 500, MySQL Errors, ASP Errors, PHP Errors, SSI errors. The Bot that checked these sites every two minutes alerted customers via SMS, Email and Phone. Font Site - This was a truly amazing system. The system I wrote handled everything from user registration, uploading fonts and downloading font via raw streaming ...
