Description:
Looking for a simple small ap that monitors the windows tcp/ip stack and makes adjustments to it in order to increase the users internet connection performance.

Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

Complete copyrights to all work purchased.

Platform:
All common windows versions. W2k/XP/ME/98/95
