It must be able to send several hundred thousand messages per hour (we'll make sure the hardware can support it), and do mail merges and personalization on each message. Mailers statistics should also be tracked, to show how many messages where sent, opened, clicked on, etc. The system should rely on MS SQL Server 2000 for back-end database functions, and be compatible with all IE browsers versions 5.5 and up. Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).
