Description:
We are looking for someone who is an excellent website designer. The project is redesigning www.caninecoaching.com. The site up online right now is just a template but we want an excellent site that will wow our visitors. We need to change the navigation to: Philosophy, Programs and Services, Register Online, Bios and Contact Us and bring it to the left instead of up top (possibly). We will also want a form made for teh site where it is simply submitted to an email address. The site is about 9 pages but only requires 1 artistic template. We need this done ASAP so we will be seriously looking at the first few bids.

All bid requests must include past work (online with URLS) that you have designed, developed so we can see what we should expect. (portfolios welcome)
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
Special Conditions / Other:
We will be providing a Microsoft Word Document to work off of. It is extremely easy to work off of and provides all of the site information. I have enclosed it with this project for you to read.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
