Description:
Need someone to take these bitmaps and create them
into bitmap strips similar to the 16x16 example file.
The following conditions must be met.

1. You must create a strip of icons that would be 32x3200
out of the current 320x320 bitmap.

2. All coordinates and order must me followed.

3. If the bitmap is currently saved as 16 color, the new bitmap must
be saved as 16 color. If it is saved as millions of color then the bitmap
must be saved the same.

How do you know what to save in, look at the file size. If the file size of the
new file matches the file size of the old file, then it is correct.

4. All files must be saved as the file name + "a" + .bmp.

ex: 92.bmp would be saved as 92a.bmp

5. There are 192 files to convert.

I used paint to do the last batch.

Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Platform:
win

Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
Jun 28, 2003 EDT
Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.

(Excellent)

This is a command-line app that'll do what you want, I think .. It converted the sample 320*320 bmp, and retained the pixel format.
As its a sample, it draws a strike line through the produced image. If you want a gui version, we can talk about it.
