The web page automatically captures the person's MUDID into the page. Web page prompts for Department, Temperature, First Name, Last name, date of record, time of recording and a text box that allows users to enter a comment (max: 40 chars ) Multiple users would be expected to access the same PC at certain times. The web page would still capture who ever logged into the access to the PC. If ABC123 logged into the PC. and ABC123 allows Mr Simon to enter his temperature into the PC. The record should show. The system would allow all users to log in. The system should have an admin tool to do reports. If it is possible to capture MUDID.
