Description:
I have a website www.rebcom.co.uk which a designer started for me but he was imcompetent (details on application) and i need someone to finish the job off and place a shopping cart which is easy to use and will email me the order with other details about teh buyer etc. I also want to be able to list the products quite easily as i am a beginner to the web but not a complete novice.
I have alot of server space and bandwidth i will also need the person to show me/tell me in very simple terms how to use it step by step.
Just basic site with product pages shopping cart etc and text pages is what i think i need but i am alsso open to ideas of things i need as this is a first for me.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation onto server with fully functional functions.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
4) limited after sales support, ie if i encounter a problem i would prefer to be able to ask for advice on how to deal with it.
5) step by step instructions on how to use it from my point of view (as operator)
Platform:
Would prefer the site to work on all platforms.
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
