Description:
This application will allow 2 users to talk to each other over the internet. It is expected that the software will use the H323 protocol. A basic gui is required that will allow the user to have a very basic address book. The connection will be established via a fully qualified domain name. i.e. client 1 client1.domain.com client 2 client2.domain.com The address book will contain a real name and the domain name to connect to. i.e. Richard Harvey client1.domain.com.
The coder will be expected to demonstate experience in the bid request. Please don't bid if you cannot give examples of work. Sample Apps, references etc.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
