Description:
I am looking to have a website created with the same functionality as http://webcamchatrooms.net
You will need to have a good understanding of how to set a system like this up.
This Will be a staged workflow over 8 to 12 Weeks quality is paramount with this Job.
We will also need to look at a payment system.
It will need to look like a site that you would be willing to enter pleasing to the eye etc, as well as being a quick and responsive site.
I would like to see some of your previous works, an Idea of what lang you would use and how you would go about the project.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
