Description:
I looking for someone to add/revise script on an existing Bamboo.SMTP form. What I'd like done is to have an .asp form that processes form results and Emails us the results. I would also like it if the Email didn't include results of any fields that were left blank on the membership form. The membership form that this script file processes the results for can be seen at www.cdhs.net/membership_form.htm. The .asp file is attached.
I have an extremely limited knowledge of .asp, but started setting up this file thinking I could just have someone "tweak" it a little. But when the person who did the coding for the membership form changed some of the field names (which was fine with me), I wasn't sure how to even set up the basic .asp file anymore because some of the field name for checkboxes are named the same as field names for other checkboxes. This probably makes sense to someone who understands all this better than I, and is the reason I've give the URL of the membership form.
I'm mentioning all this to let you know that some of the field names on the existing .asp file have changed and/or been replaced, but I've included it to give you some idea of what I was hoping to do. (P.S. I do know that there are better ways of doing what I've done so far, I'm just not sure what they are.)
