Description:
Create an easy interface to create a question and answer bank.
1. Input text fields into a GUI or by attching Excel spread sheet.
2. Output 1 is fields A through L, which can be optionally randomized.
3. Output 2 is fields A through AZ, which can be optionally randomized.
4. Source code and documentation.

Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Windows 98 to XP.
