It is a system that would check for emails. Whatever emails it finds, it puts the information into an Access database then deletes the email from the server. The project is complete except there are 3 procedures that need to be completed. The procedures are the ones that actually send and receive emails. The first procedure is the checkemail procedure on the emailmain form. This procedure is already ready to put information into the database. The database is setup with the table information as well. What needs to be done is to actually connect with the email server for emails. It must connect using the Winsock Controls. It would be compatible with POP and SMTP Servers. The next procedure is actually a function. This procedure needs to parse the complete message. It would return all the messageinfo like body, subject, etc. Bascially, when you use newmessage. then the drop down bar shows up that shows all the sub types. All of them needs to have the correct data from the string. The final function is called sendemail2 on the sendemail form. This function should return true if the email was sent successfully and false if it was not sent. This function if returned true would actually send an email. It would have a carbon copy feature. If they carbon copied anyone, that would show up. I believe there would be 2 seperate emails but not sure. Must be completed within 24 hours after accepting the bid. This is part of a larger project like for other email applications. Deliverables: The finished project that sends and receives emails by completing the procedures and functions.
