Description:
Need a program that detects a DSL internet connection
and has an option to perform one of the following actions
If it is online, then a notification should be displayed stating "online" and display the IP address.
1-Have the ability to run automatically on startup 3 different programs, I will choose which ones,
If the internet connection drops, then
I need the program to give me a few options to choose from
1-RESTART COMPUTER -this has to be done automatically if I choose so from a menu.The restart must be done forcefully, without giving the option to save any opened programs, simply restart windows
2-Do nothing, but notifying me through a message, and display a notification "offline"
Program must reside in the systray when I open it and I activate it.
All notifications should be while the program sits in the ssytray, no msgboxes
The utility must check for a dsl internet connection every minute,

Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
