Description:
I need assistance with university project to develop a teaching package to teach scuba diving essientally all information will be displayed in chapters using tabs. I need someone to develop me the 1st chapter where I can play multiple avi video clips contained within seperate SSTAB form. ( They would need to be able to give me a brief documentation so I can use the skeleton program to make the other 5 chapters look and work the same as the one created) I also need someone to create me a user name login function and also create me a simple exam form from questions contained within a simple access database.
I already have designed several forms and would expect the developer to use these. I would want the developer to develop this purely in VB6( not VB.NET) creating links to an access database i have setup of questions.
I would be looking for a quick completion of this work
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
