Description:
This is a simple app I need within the week I accept your bid. Basically I want a VB app that will do the following:
1. Read a excel file in either:
a: a list box (prefer)
b: or a textpad type format
2. As a standard this excel file will have ONLY 5 columns. I want to type the data into a text box in VB and have it placed it into excel. Basically what we are doing is showing five text boxes on the VB side and adding that data to the excel spreadsheet.
3. Also I want the VB app to compare differences between a access database and excel spreadsheet. See, basically we add to the .xls first - than we copy what we added to a .mdb. I want some sort of clean up on the vb side where I can compare differences on both sides (i.e. in excel I have a object called Widget1 and in the database I accidently typed in Widget11. I want the VB app find that and list the differnences.
Once you begin I will submit a screen shot of what I am looking for.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
