Description:
Hello
I need a program that control the work time of employees, using several types of time clock .
Note that the informations are a text file, on time clock, and must be converted to Access.
The program must has all routines, sectors, employees, schedule, parameters, holydays.
Probably the coder must have worked with this kind of project before.
Any doubts, please, ask me and I reply as soon as possible.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.

Dear Sir,
I am a experienced VB programmer - 3+ years.
I have already designed and executed many programs that use MSAccess as a database .
I can provide solution to your project as per your requirement.Also i have already developed a program that is used for getting work time of employees (it uses a Access97 database--> the worker comes to work and leaves the work place and uses a card for IN and OUT... etc.). With some modifications it can be done for your requirements in one week.
If you choose my bid, I offer you a report on a 2-day basis (so you would know how the work is progressing), a fair execution time (including days for you to test the software) and the assurance that if you are not satisfied, it will cost you nothing.

It is a good thing that you can translate the words from english to spanish and portuguese. I will keep the bid that I made before(120 $) and ,of course, if you select my bid, if you will be satisfied( I am sure that it will be the case), feel free to give me a bonus.
Also, maybe a more reasonable time limit will be 2 weeks (this including a few days of testing and , sure, implementation of other minor adjustments).
