Description:
I have a real estate site that has some sub-par page designs that I need help on.
The pages need a new design and format that reflects the rest of the site.
The banner and side panel are done so its just 5 pages that need their content organized.
The design should be very professional and incorporate graphics and html. Please don't bid if you are a beginner designer as this requires a professional experience touch.
If you're good and we work well together, there are some more projects coming up shortly.
This project needs to be done in the next few days so bidding may end early. Please make sure you're available over the next few days.

Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Special Conditions / Other:
Must be completed by early next week (72 hours after winner is chosen)
Must have a knowledge of ASP so that you can work around the existing programming.
Bidding is to redesign 5 short pages.
Please include 3 of your best graphics works. Bids without a portfolio will not be looked at.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
