Description:
Develop a qualification tool that will use auto scripting and spreadsheet attached to generate a result. The tool is to be web based. The tool needs to look clean and show results in a ‘fashionable manner&'
The tool will have a field for address, and phone number. This information will be auto scripted into our existing qualification tool. This tool is found at www.newedgenet.com At the first field for “Log In” (Case sensitive) NENAustin second field for “Password” enter “luvUguys” then hit enter. On the next page click on “pre-qualify end user”. On the next page click the radial button for business. Then enter in information that was provided from fields for the qualification tool that you generated. Click on “Prequal now”
This pulls up Pre-qualification results. Take the information provided next to Central Office and compare it to the excel spreadsheet column A. If there is a match show results for column B and C in the corresponding row. If there are more then one match for column A then compare the two results with column B and show that results of the column with the lower number and column C for that row.
If there is no match then "We are unable to determine if you qualify for service please contact your account manager for assistance" should be displayed.
Tool should lool simialr in format and feel to that found at www.dsl4biz.com in the lower left hand corner. Where it says "Pre-Qualify for DSL Click Here"
The code and program is to be set up at a web site that will be disclosed to the bidder we decide to go with. We wil then need code that can be cut and pasted on to any site that will show a button that says "Pre-Qualify for T1 Click Here" that will make a window popup that acts as the qual tool.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
in all 3.0+ versions of Internet Explorer and Netscape
The Program will be put on a web page that other sites can copy java script of to creat a button or link that will open a popup window that will be the prequal tool.
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Special Conditions / Other:
I have attached the dsl button .gif file. Change it to say 'T1' instead of DSL and that will work for the button. Just get rid of the blue that is on the upper left corner

I can buld this tool on the basis of .Net framework. This is an exellent choice if your web server is running on w2k platform.
Other options are also available, we can discuss them if previous option is not available.
I have expeirience of building programs, that make use of public sites to fulfill different tasks, like sending sms from free password protected account etc.

Programm could be accomplished in 1 week (if I will not be already busy with other projects)
