(2) Then they will be asked to fill out a user profile. Each participants profile will be avaiable to everyone from a "Players" tab on the main page. Just the basic contact information...favorite team, player, etc... (3) Each week, each participant must login and make their picks. The Cutoff time for making the Picks will be 1 Hour from the start of the first weeks game. (Sometimes games start on Thursday night...so on those weeks, pics must be in by that time...i realize this is additional logic) (4) How the picks work... Each "Player" will select the team they think will win each game. They will then assign a point total to that game from 1 - 15 (or 14 or 13) depending on how many games are played that week. If they pick the winner...they get the points assigned to that game. (There will have to be an admin login area to inform the program which teams won.) In the event of a point tie, each player will guess how many total points will be scored in the Monday Night Football game. (5) The software must then display on the main screen...the previous weeks point totals. (6) The software must then also display the cumulative year to date point totals. That is basically it. It would be best if the point totals assigned to each game were drop down (1 - 13/14/15) accordingly. It would also be easiest if in the admin section, each weeks games could be manually entered so I can use the software for years to come. I would like to build into this program such things as email notifications of weekly winners and reminders to make your pics. I would also like to be able to have the Players upload basic images, pictures or logos for their profile page. But this is for version 2... Deliverables: Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased. I am an seasoned programmer with more than 6 years of programming experience in a variety of languages. I have been spending the last couple years concentrating on 'dynamic' web languages, including PHP and ASP, as well as their extensions and Database programming. I would do this project in PHP with a MySQL backbone database. This project would not take me very long, and I will start coding it before getting acceptance from you. If you would consider me as a possible coder, I would appreciate some more information of features that you want added. Until then, I'll concentrate on the important elements.
