Description:
Looking for a 'matchmaker' type site to be built in php/mysql.
Simple stuff- person may enter name, addy, phone, email and interests - along with a photo and icq or yahoo number
The front page will populate with these profiles and photos and the surfer can vote on who they think is the best choice.
On the front page will also be a link that calls up the 'choice/ of the day, week month and year.
To be segregated into male and female.
Also, online status and instant messaging would be preferred.
I will just need the working code/database - I will attach all graphics and style sheets.
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:

Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Hello,
I have done lots of PHP/MySQL work and am proficient in PHP. I can create the working code/database for you (including the HTML). My idea for the frontpage would have a line down the middle which separates males from females. Under each picture will be a voting box. Please tell me if you want it from 1-5 or 1-10. I can either make it option boxes or just small graphics (stars for instance) that you click on. I can also do the choice of the day/week/month/year links. Please clarify the following: Since it is a 'matchmaker' type site, you want a 'find a match' feature by interest, correct? I just wanted to make sure because you didn't really mention anything like that in the project description. I can easily complete your project by your deadline (yes I realize there is only one day after the bidding closes).
I can negotiate the price if necessary
