Description:
I need the following standalone program written in Delphi /Visual Basic/C++/or ??? that is able to erase browser history, internet cache, cookies,image files,email records,cookies,temp.internet files,etc,etc.
The program I require should achieve the following:
Can erase files so that recovery is impossible; Advanced methods to stop even the most sophisticated hardware recovery tools;Offers customizable data erasure settings;Can correctly erase data on both "normal" and compressed drives;Allows you to create your own data erasure methods;Erases existing files beyond recovery;Erases entire folders with all their subfolders and files;Overwrites file names;
Eliminates sensitive information stored without your knowledge or approval (evidence of your computer activities, etc.);Protects your Internet privacy and erases the browsing trails you leave behind (history, cookies, texts, pictures, browser cache auto complete, etc);Ensures that no one will recover your deleted information or parts from previously deleted files;
Can help you ensure that no one will recover your deleted e-mail messages;Removes information from sensitive areas such as the Windows Recycle Bin or the Windows swap file;Can automatically clear user-defined folders that contain sensitive data;Can create and maintain a log file of all erase operations;Shell integration via context menus, Send To and Desktop icons;Command-line parameters for batch file use;
Can be password protected;cleans up index.dat;
can erase favorites;option to select number of overwrites;can be run automatically at specified times;
install/uninstall feature.
