Description:
Basically I need a web page that does the same function as http://school.discovery.com/quizcenter/quizcenter.html

Except a lot simpler

I could use Discovery School.com to generate the quizzes at no cost to myself. So why am I looking for a programmer to do it for me?

Because I want to make money by charging a small fee of $1 per transaction and the student would have to log onto http://school.discovery.com to take the quiz.

It wouldn't be more than a day before my customers figured out they could use this website to grade them and not pay $1.00 to me.

I will save my customers money since they will have to pay $2. 00 in shipping.

THE WEB PAGE WILL BE HOSTED BY AN INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER NOT ON A SERVER OF MINE

Deliverables:
I need a web page that performs the same function as does.

http://school.discovery.com/quizcenter/quizcenter.html

I need a program to allow me to identify the book course Example

History of Europe
Chapter 1 Quiz (whatever I wish to title it)
Chapter 2 Quiz
Chapter 3 Quiz

I need to be able to take only quiz in any order.

Example I take quiz 2 then Quiz 3 than quiz 1

Each section is needed to pass the course.

I must take Quiz 1 through Quiz 12.

If the total sum correct of Chapter 1- 12 is 160 correct out of 200(total question[must be calculated])

The teacher determines if they passed we only let them know they got 80% on Chapters 1- 12.

The program needs to let me know how many times the user submitted the test. The user can only submit each section 4 times.

If they submit Chapter 2 the program stores the results in a database and it Email's to me the results with every answer marked

Example
Question 1 Correct
Question 2 Correct
Question 3 Incorrect(in red color

Total 15 Correct out of 20

If they got a score of 75% or better I E'mail them back with the Email they provided after they typed the user name and password

Then I automatically E'mail them back stating that they received a passing score.

If they failed Quiz two than I automatically Email them back stating they didn't pass and alert them they have now have three more attempts at passing.

If they fail it twice then I alert them they have only two more attempts at passing

If they fail it four times then I alert them they have no more attempts and move on to another chapter.

If they submit Chapter 1 - 12 quizes and fail a quiz. Quiz 3 for example and they do not attempt to re do it.

They can still submit the entire course History of Europe for evaluation and grading.

If they got a 100% on Chapter 1 and 60% on Chapter 3 they will still pass with over 75%.

It only needs to generate
True/ False and Muliple Choice Questions

No Essay Questions

The Grading options.
Discovery School offers four types.

The student generated tests need to look awesome. The students need to be impressed with the design and look of the post test. I want to help double my customers sales.

I like the graphics at
http://www.anfy.com
http://www.Bimsan.net
http://www.jaquarwoman.com

I only need automatic grading and Email score to me.

The answers must be stored on the server side so someone can not right click on the mouse and cheat on the quiz by figuring out the answers.

A student must not be able to submit each section more than four times.

I need a small executable program which generates random user names and passwords.

The purpose of this is keep non paying customers from doing the tests and submitting them for fun or cheating.

My customers use the program to generate a user name and password for their students. The Password program upon submission logs onto the internet and updates my server with the user name and password.

Basically I need to know that Joe Teacher in Florida to be able to add a student so I can allow them to access it.

Once the new user and there password is stored on my server. I need to be able to automatically send back a confirmation number. Which helps prove to the client that the number was submitted and entered.

Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
