Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.

The project will produce an inventory database to keep track of equipments and software licenses.

Create a MS-ACESS database with the following & Sofware specifications:
HARDWARE:
1. PC: Serial Number, Model, Processor Type, Location (Building, Office #, Faculty/Staff name (Last, First), Operating System, Service Pacl Level, workstation or a server.
2. What comes with the PC: like a flippy drive, Zip Drive (100 MB, 250 MB), CD-Rom, Cd burner, size of the hard drive, amount of RAM, etc.
3. The list of software that is loaded on the system.
4. Monitor: Serial #, Model, size (15", 17", 19") and Location (Faculty/Staff office #, building, floor).
5. Keyboard, mouse.
6. Printer: Serial Number, Model, Location (Faculty/Staff office #, building, floor).
7. Scanner: Serial Number, Model, Location (Faculty/Staff office #, building, floor).
8. Other Equipment: projector, cameras, external modem, smart board, etc

There should be a TAG NUMBER associated with each complete set unit,. For instance, a faculty will have a PC, Monitor, keyboard, mouse, etc in his/her office. There should be one Tag Number attached to all of this equipment.

Some Faculties may have more than one PC in the office. The second PC will have a SEPERATE TAG NUMBER.

Every piece of equipment, which is by itself, will, have an Tag Number. For instance, a printer which is on the 3rd floor of Young Hall, it does not belong to any individual and it is a unit by itself, therefore it need a Tag #.

SOFTWARE:
1. Software Name.
2. Version.
3. # of Licenses.
4. License Tyoe (Per Server, Concurrent or Per Seat). Please not that there is onle only one of the three.

DATABASE:
1. A Form should be created to view the LOCATION of the Hardware. This location could be a faculty/staff's office, or it could be list of printers or other peripherals in a building. The location should display Office #, Building, Floor. The location may have all three, two or only one information data.

2. A Report that generates, consisting of the list of all the equipments across the campus. It should include the location (Faculty/Staff office #, building, floor), Faculty/Staff name (if any), Serial Number, Type (PC, Monitor, Printer Or all) and Model. Keep in mind that some faculty members may have more than one PC in their office.

3. The above report should also generate a report by building name, individual name or by division (SCIENCE, Bussiness, Art, Humanities, etc).

4. The user should be able to bring up any piece of equipment by SERIAL NUMBER or TAG NUMBER. A Form should provide location (Faculty/Staff office #, building, floor) and faculty/staff name. By typing in a Tag Number, everything associated with that Tag Nuber should display.

5. A Report should list all the software owned by the school. The report should include: Software name, Version, number of Licenses and Licence type.

*** The Faculty Information will be emailed to the winning bidder in the form of MS-ACCESS reoprt. It contains faculty names, office #, building, emiail, division/department. It contains information needed to complete the database.

*** A Generic Office equipmet information will be emailed to the winning bidder (in the form MS-ACCESS database). This information should imported to the database.

MUST RUN MS-ACCESS 2000


Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
Apr 26, 2002 12:00:00 PM EDT
Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.

* Must be a Simple Database

* Must confirm with the bidder if any use of SQL statements and/or Macro is to be used by the Coder, IF ANY
