Description:
I need a Algorithm Sorting program that randomly generates 500 6 digit numbers and displays those numbers in a text box. It then gives me the option of choosing one of one of 7 sorting algorithms (bubble, insertion, radix, selection with exchange, selection, shell, quick). It then displays the sorted numbers in another text box.
I will also need to have the program track:
the time elapsed for the sort
the number of compares
the number of passes
the number of exchanges
Oh I would also like to be able to generate the first set of numbers one of three ways:
in random order
in sorted order
in reversed order
(this would allow me to run the sort routine to see what the maximum amount of resources it takes to work)
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
Needs to be completed by April 23 2002
Platform:
Windows operating system (2000)
Needs to be done in Visual Basic 6.0
Needs to be completed by April 23 2002
