See my other 2 projects. Now I need the program to call out to me at a specfic telephone numbers and play specified wavfiles. Also for me to call into the modem and have it answer and play specific wavfiles depending on conditions in the program. There will be other conditions, such as, the program not answering the the phone unless it detects 3 rings then a disconnect then a ring again within 30 seconds. When dialing out, not playing the wavfiles until the phone is answered. Also the ability to dial several different numbers and continue calling them in rotation untill there is an answer. Deliverables: Will not hold the coder to any conditions, except that their coding is functional to the extent that I can use it. I realize that I will be the only user that will be able to test/troubleshoot the code due to the nature of the project. Any code that can standalone and be triggered by a user input will be sufficient if it meets the "description" .See my other project for a snippet of code "InsertWav.zip" Platform: celeron 500 win98 visual basic 5 Special Conditions / Other: At the present am not ready to intergrate this requested code yet. My program can't play wavfiles at the moment. A coder is working on that at this moment. So excepting a bid will be delayed.
