Designed and developed an integrated system of interconnected software components to support the
set of ISP services. Network management, servers administration, development of new technologies,
system administration group management, consulting the local staff on technical and
administrative questions.
* Network management: LIR maintaining, address space allocation, registration in the RIPE, RIPN
and regional databases; administration of servers (Mail servers, DNS, virtual Web servers,
subscribers' PostgreSQL and MySQL databases and etc.), modem pools, Internet-classes; solution of
