My total IT experience spans over 7 years now, with working experience in areas like:

- Technical support and consulting, including 1.5 years of 3rd line technical support

I think it's important to point out that customers for which I have worked, they have been pleased not only by the quality of my work, but also by the fact that my involvment was always very personal. They didn't feel like they only hired some techie to work for them. They actually felt like they found someone who is indeed interested in helping them. I guess that's coming from my consulting background, as that's where I learned how to listen.

I was extremely pleased with the work done by Sebastian. He went way beyond what was originally requested. His HTML and PHP code was very clean and easy to read. And the website design looks great.
He completed everything ahead of schedule and worked late hours to get the web site working before a trip I had scheduled. He also added a lot of functionality that made it much easier for me to work with the database.
He cheerfully added all of the things that I did not think to specify in the original bid. |
