I had a very bad experience with this buyer. This bid was settled thru arbitration. One of the reasons that I requested arbitration is that I had a feeling of distrust. This was due to a statement in one of his emails about doing work without using RAC. This buyer also has poor English communication skills. Most of the email I received from him was impossible to understand. Others looked like someone else wrote it. |
