Very useful code. Just a couple of 
points
1. You don't need to refresh 
the TableDefs collection everytime you 
append a field.
2. Rather than 
saying 
ExistRS.Fields!ErrNum 
you can just 
say
ExistRS!ErrNum
Sorry don't 
mean to be picky, overall its nice 
code

for database
